Balochistan Liberation Front spokesman Major Gwahram Baloch claimed responsibility for the attack on Gwadar Airport.
Major Gwahram Baloch told the media that the freedom fighters (Sarmachars) fired two shells of 107mm rocket on under-construction Gwadar International Airport in Gurandani area of Gwadar district that landed inside the construction site of the airport.
Several security personnel and other operatives there were killed and the construction site was damaged. It is to be noted that Chinese engineers and laborers are constructing an international airport in Gurandani area of Gwadar. They are trying to complete the construction against the will of the Baloch nation and by occupying the lands of the people, but no project in Balochistan is acceptable without the will of the Baloch nation.
He said such attacks will continue till the independence of Balochistan.
