Baloch National Movement Chairman Ghulam Mohammad Baloch, Lala Munir, also of the BNM, and Sher Mohammad Baloch, of the Baloch Republican Party (BRP) were extrajudicially picked up by Pakistani secret agencies on April 3rd, 2009 from Turbat. The three were picked up from the chamber of Advocate Kachkol Ali in Turbat and then decomposed bodies were found five days later on April 9, 2009. The three were actively affiliated with Baloch political parties and were prominent leaders in Baluchistan.
Baluchistan is facing atrocities from the day when Pakistan entered in Baluch territory. Whether he was Nouroz Khan in 1960s or killing of Nawab Akbar Khan Bugti in 2006, each Baloch faced the brutality by the oppressor. Before 2009 the state tactics were different, law enforcement agencies abducted Baloch civilians, but the concept of mutilated bodies was not so common. After 2009, the security agencies changed their tactics and introduced the policy of Kill and Dump. This policy, which continued till today, changed the scenario of Baloch national struggle, masses of Baloch political activists, students, journalists, doctors, teachers were abducted. Thousands of mutilated bodies had been received by the families of Baloch missing persons. Even Baloch nation found mass graves in Khuzdar, who are not yet identified, families of missing persons fears that these may be the bodies of missing persons, but they are buried without identifying.

In Baluchistan neither men nor women and children are safe. Security agencies are now abducting Baloch women and infants. Thousands of people are missing, and no one has any trace about them. Families has concerns about their lives, many families had appealed the government that if they have any charges, should bring them in front of court.
We pay huge tribute to Martyrs of Murgaap who sacrificed their lives for the sake of Baluch identity and National Cause. It is because of Baluch martyrs that Baluch national movement did not bowed her head in front of any brutality. Baluchistan is an occupied state and it is the duty of International state community to take action against state aggressions. We urge the Human Rights Organizations to intervene in Baluchistan issue, take notice against the injustice and Baluch genocide.
