The ISPR has falsely claimed that it killed a Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) fighter in a fierce encounter in Awaran, identifying the deceased as Younis, son of Rasool Bakhsh—a serving officer of the Balochistan Levies Department. This is a blatant fabrication. In reality, the aforementioned Levies official was forcibly abducted by the occupying military from his residence in Malaar Bungal Bazaar, Awaran, in the presence of his family members. His family was subjected to brutal physical abuse, and the Levies officer was taken a few kilometers away to the area of Damb, where he was executed. His body was then dumped at the site.
Major Gwahram Baloch Spokesperson, Balochistan Liberation Front says in statement
To cover up this heinous crime, the occupying forces falsely portrayed the slain Levies official as a BLF fighter in their official statement. It is important to clarify that the deceased, Younis, son of Rasool Bakhsh, was involved in the killing of BLF martyr Dostain Meerwani alias Meerk, son of Riaz Meerwani, a resident of Malaar. Due to this involvement, he was wanted by the BLF.
In another false claim, the ISPR spokesperson labeled two martyred BLF fighters—Amjid Basham and Sabrullah Baloch—who were killed in Turbat City (the main city of Kech District), as Indian agents. This attempt to malign the Baloch national liberation movement through baseless propaganda has failed. Every conscious, patriotic, and dignified Baloch knows well that the Balochistan Liberation Front and its fighters are not proxies or agents of any foreign country. They are selfless freedom fighters who have sacrificed everything for the liberation of Balochistan and the preservation of Baloch national identity, dignity, and survival.
The bravery and military prowess of Amjid Baloch and his fellow martyrs can be gauged by the treatment their bodies received from the occupying military. The enemy was so deeply wounded by their actions that, overwhelmed by vengeance, it completely disregarded human, moral, and Islamic principles in its treatment of their remains. This not only highlights the enemy’s military defeat but also reflects its moral bankruptcy and psychological collapse.
The desecration of the bodies of Baloch martyrs is not new. From the martyrdom of Nawab Akbar Khan Bugti, to the martyrs of Murgaap—Waja Ghulam Mohammad Baloch, Lala Munir Baloch, Sher Mohammad Baloch—along with Shaheed Rasool Bakhsh Mengal, Shaheed Haji Razaq Sarbazi, the martyrs of Mahi, and Shaheed Noora Baloch alias Peerak, thousands of Baloch martyrs have had their remains dishonored by the occupying Pakistani military—repeatedly exposing its moral decay.
In truth, the Balochistan Liberation Front has inflicted severe defeats upon the enemy on the battlefield. The disgrace of these defeats has left the occupying forces in a psychological state so dire that they often hesitate to retrieve the bodies of their own soldiers or inform their families.
The Baloch are a politically conscious nation that fully understands the mission of their freedom fighters, who are engaged in an armed struggle for national independence, dignity, and the elevation of humanity. On many occasions, BLF fighters have collected and respectfully buried the dismembered bodies of enemy soldiers in accordance with Islamic customs and human decency. When BLF fighters are martyred in battle, the organization proudly pays tribute to them, and the Baloch nation holds their bravery, sacrifice, and commitment in the highest regard.
The Balochistan Liberation Front categorically rejects the ISPR’s statement as deceptive, false, and based on deliberate misinformation.
