Fighters of the Balochistan Liberation Front planted an IED in a bridge on the so-called China-Pakistan economic corridor (CPEC) highway and targeted a military convoy while passing the bridge with a remote-controlled IED, as a result, a military vehicle and the bridge were destroyed completely meanwhile eight onboard personnel including an officer were killed and three severely injured.
Today, on Sunday around 11:30 am, our Sarmachars planted an IED on the Gwadar highway of the so-called CPEC road near the Nalent zero-point in the Talaruk river bridge. The targeted military Convoy consisted of two vehicles, the last vehicle was the target which was completely destroyed, 8 onboard army personnel were killed, 3 severely injured, and the bridge was heavily damaged which suspended the traffic between Turbat and Gwadar.
Balochistan Liberation Front claims responsibility for the attack. After the successive attacks enemy forces are psychologically defeated due to which the ISPR usually covers the actualities of these attacks, casualties, and losses to boost the morale of the demoralized troops.
We are categorically notifying all, that hunting in the mountains of Dadamb, Nalent, and Kolanch is prohibited. Hunters are requested to avoid visiting the said areas. The enemy has mobilized its agents under the guise of hunters and picnics parties to collect and provide information regarding Sarmachars.
People are appealed to refrain from visiting these mountainous areas.
