Major Gwahram Baloch Spokesperson, Balochistan Liberation Front says in statement On May 26, 2025, fighters of the Balochistan Liberation Front carried out two separate attacks on occupying forces in Quetta and Awaran.
In the first attack, BLF fighters targeted three paramilitary personnel standing outside a checkpoint in the Dasht, Durkshan area of Quetta by throwing a hand grenade at them. As a result, all three personnel were seriously injured. After the successful operation, the fighters swiftly moved from the scene and returned safely to their hideouts.
In another attack today around 5 PM, BLF fighters targeted a military checkpoint of the occupying forces at Zeelag in the Jhao area of Awaran. The attack began with a sniper team targeting and eliminating a personnel guarding the post. Following this, the fighters launched a heavy attack using rocket launchers and other light and heavy weapons. The intense exchange of fire continued for about twenty minutes, resulting in the elimination of three more personnel and injuries to several others.
The Balochistan Liberation Front accepts responsibility for the grenade attack in Quetta that wounded three military personnel and the armed assault on the military post in Zeelag, Jhao that eliminated four enemy personnel. The organization urges Baloch youth to understand the urgency of the current situation and join the ranks of the Balochistan Liberation Front to play an active role in the national liberation struggle.
